Linux and Networks Technician (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is a leading player in innovation, specializing in cybersecurity, software publishing, and the securing of mobile and connected applications. The company positions itself as a key player in protecting data and systems against cyber threats, offering innovative solutions for industrial players, major accounts, and institutions. As part of its business development, our client is looking for a:

LINUX & NETWORKS TECHNICIAN (M/F) CDI - BORDEAUX (33) - FROM 30K€ DEPENDING ON PROFILE

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, you will contribute to the proper functioning and reliability of the internal IT infrastructure, and participate in level 1 and 2 support. Your main missions will be:

• Infrastructure deployment and maintenance: Participate in the implementation and maintenance of networks, servers (on-premise and cloud), and storage solutions. Configure and deploy server environments according to business needs.
• Level 2 technical support: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to the IT components of the company's products, in collaboration with other members of the IT team.
• Monitoring and optimization: Ensure the monitoring of performance, reliability, and security of systems, and propose improvements in alignment with the IT Manager's vision.
• Security and compliance: Apply and promote cybersecurity best practices on a daily basis. Contribute to the protection of the company's data and infrastructure, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of IT configurations, procedures, and systems. Regularly report to the IT Manager on the state of the infrastructure and project progress.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With a Bac +2 / Bac+3 degree in computer science, you have an initial experience of 3 years in IT support, and system or network administration.

Technical skills: Good mastery of Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and ideally cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Additional assets: Knowledge in cybersecurity, monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix), scripting (Bash, Python).

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a dynamic, involved, curious, and adaptable person. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a true sense of service, and the desire to evolve in a stimulating technological environment.

A B2 level of English is indispensable for interacting internally, with clients, tools, and documentation.
