RESPONSIBILITIES:

For our client, an ETI specializing in technical solutions for heavy industries, we are looking for an:

IT MANAGER (M/F) CDI - BAYONNE (64) - REM BETWEEN 60 AND 65K€

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will be in charge of driving the entire digital dimension of the company's Training activity. You will unite and lead a multidisciplinary team of 20 employees, ensuring the consistency, quality, and operational performance of the projects conducted. Your main missions:

• Manage a multidisciplinary team (developers, project managers, graphic designers, 3D experts) and develop their skills.
• Manage resources and allocate means to ensure project success.
• Drive cross-functional projects (digital learning, e-learning, simulation) and align them with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to strategic reflections with management and clients.
• Provide technical support to the sales department and participate in responses to calls for tender.
• Represent the company's digital expertise to clients and during professional events.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

We are looking for a candidate with higher education, such as an Engineering degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software development, interactive systems, or simulation. Your 8 to 15 years of experience in complex technical environments, including the aeronautics or defense sector, is imperative.

Your mastery or good understanding of technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or Java, as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies, will be particularly appreciated. Your ability to manage technical teams, to work cross-functionally, and to understand client challenges will be essential. Your English level (C1) will allow you to communicate with technical and commercial interlocutors in English. Finally, your leadership, dynamism, pragmatism, and sense of priorities will make you the ideal candidate for this position.
