TCE Project Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A recognized French engineering company, our client operates in the design and implementation of complex projects in the fields of building, energy, and industrial infrastructure. In a context of strong growth, our client is recruiting: TCE Project Manager CDI - CARQUEFOU (44)

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead our design and implementation projects, ensuring technical, financial, and contractual performance. Your main missions:

• Strategic management: define quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives, and implement appropriate management tools and frameworks.
• Team coordination: structure and lead the project team, clarify roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Operational monitoring and reporting: supervise project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in connection with the PMO and prepare steering committees.
• Compliance and contracting: guarantee respect for contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Client and partner relations: ensure high-quality follow-up with clients and represent the company to external partners.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With an Engineering background (specialist or generalist), you have at least 10 years of experience in directing complex all trades (tous corps d'états) projects, in the building sector or industrial installations. You are recognized for your leadership and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Mastering analytical management and risk anticipation, you also have experience in international projects, with a good level of English, both written and spoken.
