RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is a disability-friendly company, specializing in the agri-food sector. They are recruiting a: STRATEGIC FINANCIAL ANALYSIS MANAGER (M/F) CDI - PARIS (75) - 55/65K (depending on experience)

Under the responsibility of the Financial Director, you will be in charge of driving financial planning cycles and providing strategic analyses to inform management decisions. Your main missions:

  • Coordinate the financial closing and forecasting processes for the Business Unit.
  • Consolidate the profit and loss statement and produce analyses to understand performance.
  • Model the annual budget and the long-term plan, providing relevant insights to management.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to support the business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and continuously improve processes.

The list is not exhaustive, and other missions will complete this position.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Required profile: You have a higher degree in finance (Bac+5) and confirmed experience of 3 to 4 years in financial analysis or management control. Experience in an international environment and mastery of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) will be appreciated. Experience in consolidation is a real plus. Your rigor, your ability to synthesize, and your sense of initiative will be assets for this position. Fluency in English is indispensable.
