Hardware Security Engineer (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is a leading player in innovation, specializing in software and hardware security. The company has developed a strong international presence.

As part of its business growth, our client is looking for a:

Hardware Security Engineer (M/F) CDI - BORDEAUX (33) - 40-45K€

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will join the highly qualified R&D expertise hub and will be responsible for developing software and hardware solutions for a security analysis platform, as well as conducting technical evaluations for international clients.

Your main missions:

• Develop technical tools and libraries for a security investigation platform.
• Participate in innovation projects and device resistance evaluation.
• Lead technical training sessions on physical attacks.
• Write technical reports and documentation.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

You hold a Master's or a PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent) and possess solid expertise in fault injection analysis, from hardware setup to attack exploitation.

You are proficient with hardware instrumentation tools such as oscilloscopes or XY stages and have good knowledge of electronic design as well as chip microarchitectures.

Experience in low-level software and reverse engineering is an asset, as is proficiency in Python.

You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
