Our client is a large disability-friendly group specializing in logistics. They are recruiting a:
FACILITY MANAGER (M/F)
24-MONTH APPRENTICESHIP - Paris (75) STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026 Remuneration according to the apprenticeship scale
Under the responsibility of the Technical Supervisor, you will be in charge of the operational and technical management of the sites.
Your main missions:
- Coordinate service providers for technical interventions (HVAC, electricity, plumbing)
- Monitor maintenance work and guarantee regulatory compliance
- Use CMMS tools for monitoring maintenance activities
- Participate in the development of dashboards and performance indicators
- Assist in budget management and calls for tender
The list is not exhaustive, and other missions will complete this position.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Required profile:
- Student in a Bac +3/5 training program in the fields of maintenance, facility management, or engineering
- Solid knowledge in multi-technical maintenance and building management
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Sensitivity to safety standards and regulations (ICPE, VGP)
- Fluent English
- Autonomous, rigorous, and possessing good organizational skills
