TCE Project Director (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A renowned French engineering company, our client operates in the design and implementation of complex projects in the fields of building, energy, and industrial infrastructure. In a context of strong growth, our client is recruiting: TCE Project Director CDI - BORDEAUX (33)

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead our design and implementation projects, ensuring technical, financial, and contractual performance. Your main missions:

• Strategic management: define quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives, and implement appropriate management tools and frameworks.
• Team coordination: structure and lead the project team, clarify roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Operational monitoring and reporting: supervise project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in connection with the PMO and prepare steering committees.
• Compliance and contracting: guarantee respect for contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Client and partner relations: ensure high-quality follow-up with clients and represent the company to external partners.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With an Engineering background (specialist or generalist), you have at least 10 years of experience in directing complex all-trades (TCE) projects within the building or industrial installations sector. You are recognized for your leadership and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Mastering analytical management and risk anticipation, you also have experience with international projects, with a good level of English in both written and spoken forms.
