Low Level Developer (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is a deep-tech cybersecurity company that offers a unified security investigation platform used in international markets by leading industrial and governmental partners. The ambition: to provide experts with the best tools in existence to analyze, collaborate, and capitalize on their knowledge, within a single coherent and modular environment.

As part of a replacement, our client is looking for a:

LOW LEVEL DEVELOPER (M/F) CDI - BORDEAUX (33) - FROM 42K

Under the responsibility of the Lead Developer, you will be in charge of designing, developing, and integrating new features and equipment within a collaborative platform dedicated to hardware and software investigations.

Your mission consists of translating the language of machines, understanding their inner workings, and then designing software solutions that make them accessible, reliable, and high-performing. Your main missions:

• Integrate third-party hardware equipment into the platform (drivers, Python libraries, JupyterLab notebooks)
• Design and develop JupyterLab widgets to improve the expert experience
• Develop Python scientific computing libraries in direct connection with field needs
• Provide level 2 support to security experts (debugging, testing, and evolving existing software components)
• Ensure the availability of software resources for the hardware lab
• Propose and implement continuous improvements

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Ideally, you are a graduate in computer engineering (or a related field). We are looking for an experienced and autonomous person, above all passionate about technology.

Technical skills

• Solid experience in software design and development: robust, scalable, secure applications
• Mastery of at least one language among Python, C/C++, Rust or equivalent
• Good understanding of software architectures, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience in debug, testing, and code review
• Knowledge of operating systems and low-level concepts is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English (international environment)
