1–3 years of experience in Telesales or Sales ; experience in selling services is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good follow-up and time management skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and commission-based incentives.

Good command of English is preferred.
