Your NEXTEP HR CAEN office is recruiting a M/F After-Sales Service Technician for a CDI (permanent contract). Within this international group, specialized in industry, you will join the maintenance department. Based in Falaise, your missions are as follows:
- Participate in the testing / fine-tuning of workshop machines
- Ensure the reassembly / commissioning / adjustment of machines on sites in France or abroad.
- Perform / Coordinate end-of-line connections / process with the client / partner
- Accompany users in the takeover / provide training
- Perform fault diagnostics / ensure troubleshooting of installed machines
- Perform technical expertise at client sites
- Ensure regular reporting on project progress / difficulties encountered / activities performed
- Write an internal intervention report
- Train operators on the machines
Working conditions / benefits: remuneration between 30k and 35k gross annual / cadre status / forfait jour / travel allowances
With a BAC+2 to BAC+3 (industrial maintenance), you have a first successful experience in a similar position or an apprenticeship. You speak English. You have notions in another language.
