HR Site Manager M/F

What are we offering you? Your NEXTEP HR CAEN office is recruiting an HR Manager M/F as part of a CDI. Within this international group, specialized in industry, you will join the HR department. Based on the outskirts of Flers, your missions are as follows:

• Implement the group's HR strategy within the site
• Identify priority projects
• Drive / Get approval for HR projects while ensuring hierarchical coordination
• Advise / Support managers on all HR matters
• Implement tools, analyze field feedback, and adjust actions
• Drive the governance and performance of the process
• Lead change management and continuous improvement

Working conditions / benefits: Remuneration of 60kEUR and 80kEUR / Profit-sharing bonus / 13th month / Mutual insurance

Who are we looking for? With a BAC+5 specialized in HR, law, or labor law, you speak English fluently. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the industrial sector. You master office tools (Suite Office, HR software PASS or HOROQUARTZ). You are versatile, organized, efficient, and possess strong industrial business knowledge, as well as an economic culture. You are pragmatic and have a sense of the field.
