About the company
Our partner is a human-sized maritime freight forwarder based in Le Havre, developing its import operations service.
Your tasks
Your missions will be as follows
- Manage, support, and train the import maritime operations team.
- Support your team by providing your experience: technical/regulatory points and legal monitoring / support to the teams, etc.
- Monitor financial indicators, analyze results, report alerts, and contribute to the optimization of the service's economic performance.
- Manage disputes by analyzing situations, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring communication with stakeholders until resolution.
Requirements
With a professional qualification or higher education (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in transport or logistics and transport management, you have a successful first experience in a similar position. You have knowledge of international transport and the related law. You are rigorous, organized, and reactive. Incoterms have no secrets from you and you master English (written and/or oral).
