Inside Sales Representative M/F

Your NEXTEP HR LE HAVRE office is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative M/F, as part of the development of its partner's agency. You will join a human-sized company recognized in the transport and logistics sector. Your missions will be as follows:

• Process quotation requests
• Establish operating procedures
• Follow up on orders
• Handle complaints and initiate dispute files
• Analyze performance

With a background in a Bac +2/3 type training (Transport and Logistics), you have a successful first similar experience within a freight forwarder. You have a very good level of English (spoken and written), and you have knowledge of incoterms as well as air and/or maritime goods regulations. You have an advanced level of Excel and the Pack Office. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your rigor, and your organization.
