Import Export Transit Agent M/F

Your office NEXTEP HR LE HAVRE is recruiting an Import/Export Transit Agent M/F, as part of the development of its partner's agency. You will join a human-sized company recognized in the transport and logistics sector. Your missions will be as follows:

• Receive customer orders and plan their operations.
• Supervise road transport booking and manage the routing of goods.
• Establish the documentation necessary for the smooth running of transport: BL / Customs / etc.
• Confirm the arrival of goods to your customers in accordance with internal procedures. Validate the invoicing of files with the relevant departments.

Coming from a Bac +2/3 type training (Transport and Logistics), you have a successful first similar experience within a freight forwarder. You have a good knowledge of the maritime transport sector and the related law. Finally, you have a good level of English, both written and oral, allowing you to hold a professional conversation.
