We are recruiting for our client, a software publisher specialized in its sector of activity, a Senior IT Account Manager (M/F)

Under the responsibility of the CEO, you will lead, support, and develop a sales team responsible for driving revenue growth in France and Canada. This position is split 50% between strategic leadership (team management, go-to-market strategy) and 50% operations (approaching high-value prospects, closing contracts, and developing our local networks in France and Europe).

More specifically, your missions are:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for France and Canada, in alignment with global objectives (France, Europe, and Canada)
  • Supervise and manage a sales team composed of 2 people
  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales, distribution partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Interact directly with key accounts and strategic clients to close complex contracts.
  • Conduct high-level discovery phases to identify business challenges and position the company's proposal
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI): revenue, pipeline growth, conversion rate, team productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay market feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

The position is located in Lille (59) as a CDI, occasional travel (10 to 20% of working time) is to be expected in Ile de France and Canada.

A graduate of a commercial training program (minimum Bac+3), you have more than 5 years of experience (CDI) in a similar position, ideally in the field of B2B SaaS solution sales, including more than 3 years in a management position (Sales Manager/Director).

Proven experience in building and developing sales teams in France/Europe and/or Canada.

You possess strong proficiency in prospecting and negotiation, as well as a good ability to present the company's product to non-technical buyers.

You have already had the opportunity to lead sales teams nationally or in Canada and you regularly use CRM analytics to forecast and optimize sales performance.

Fluency in English is indispensable.
