Web Designer

Birmingham | Hybrid | Up to £35,000

We're recruiting on behalf of a brilliant client based in Birmingham who are looking for a Web Designer to join their team on a hybrid basis. They're open to candidates from a creative or graphic design background who have a passion for web and are keen to develop their skills further - full support and training will be provided!

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. Whether you're already confident in web or coming from a creative design background, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building websites using WordPress
• Creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver great digital experiences
• Maintaining and updating existing websites
• Working with Shopify where required (desirable but not essential)

What We're Looking For

• Strong Figma skills and a great eye for design
• WordPress experience is ideal - but training will be given for the right candidate
• A creative portfolio showing strong visual design instincts
• Shopify experience is a bonus
• A collaborative, positive attitude and genuine passion for design and digital
