This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with the wider business, and seeing the direct impact of their work. The company has a genuinely positive, supportive culture with a friendly team environment and strong staff retention.

Your tasks

• Manage and optimise SEO strategy across the company website
• Take ownership of Google Ads and paid search campaigns
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Report on campaign performance and marketing ROI
• Work alongside external agencies and suppliers where required
• Help shape and develop the company's long-term digital strategy

Requirements

• Experience in SEO and PPC/Google Ads
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Comfortable reporting results to senior stakeholders
• Agency or in-house digital marketing experience considered
