Supervisor / Assistant Manager (F&B - Halal Certified)

Monthly Salary: UP to $3,300 (Negotiable) Working Address: Novena Working Hours: 6 Day Work Week  Responsibilities & Duties Oversee daily Service and Kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service standards

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and timely replenishment

Plan and manage staff schedules to meet operational requirements

Step in to prepare food when required to ensure service continuity

Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring workstations are clean and ready for operations

Support and guide team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations

Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt

Able to work independently and perform well under pressure

Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
