Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out – Site Management)

Your tasks
To support business growth, they are hiring a hands-on site management professional to run the day-to-day delivery of fit-out projects alongside senior project managers.
- Manage day-to-day site operations of interior fit-out and renovation projects (retail, F&B and office)
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; monitor schedule, quality, cost and site safety
- Handle mall/landlord and authority submissions, permits and fit-out compliance
- Liaise with clients, designers and the in-house team on site progress; escalate and resolve issues quickly
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation and handover/defects management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of site coordination / project management experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction
- Able to manage subcontractors independently and keep multiple work fronts moving on schedule
- Good communication skills in English (for site documentation and client liaison purposes)
- Retail or F&B fit-out experience with mall management submissions (Orchard/major malls)
- Possess required safety certifications (e.g. WSQ safety courses, bizSAFE-related)
- Proficiency in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and site teams
- Basic AutoCAD / drawing literacy
