Job Title: Playgroup Teacher
Monthly Salary: UP to $100/day (Negotiable)
Working Address: Great World City
Working hours: 4 Day Work Week | 8:30AM - 1PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate playgroup programmes and learning activities for children aged 18 months to 3 years.
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment that encourages children’s learning, exploration and development.
- Observe and document children’s learning progress, and maintain developmental records and portfolios on a regular basis.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and communicate updates on their child’s development and learning progress.
- Work collaboratively with teaching team members to support the smooth delivery of classroom activities and daily routines.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Qualification and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a childcare centre, preschool or enrichment setting.
- Experience working with children aged 18 months to 3 years is preferred.
- Passionate about early childhood education and supporting children’s learning and development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
- First Aid Certification will be an advantage.
- Relevant early childhood education qualifications will be an advantage.
