Sales Operations

Industry : Manufacturing & Wholesale (PCBs for Semiconductor) Job Descriptions: Sales Operations is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle as a key member of Simmtech Sales team. This role will execute the sales operations activities; sales orders, quotes & contracts, sales processing & bookings.

• Provide operational support to the sales teams, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Manage sales operations tasks such as data analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline processes and help meet sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses
• Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process.

Job Requirements: - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
• Highly analytical with a passion for data and excellent presentation skills Other Information: - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830hrs - 1730hrs - Working Location: Jalan Besar, Singapore
