WHO WE ARE

NEXT Ventures is a global fintech group operating FundedNext (proprietary trading) and FNmarkets (CFD brokerage), with teams across Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cyprus, and Dubai. We build products for traders worldwide, and we invest in our people so they can keep pace with an industry that moves fast.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

As an L&D Specialist within People & Culture, you will design and deliver the learning experiences that help our employees perform at a high level. You will own the course production lifecycle: identifying learning needs with internal stakeholders, then designing, building, and publishing courses on our LMS. You will also lead onboarding and skill-based training for new and existing employees. You will manage multiple production tracks at once and drive learning initiatives forward with minimal supervision.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Train and evaluate: Deliver in-person, online, and hybrid onboarding and skill-based training across technical and non-technical tracks, and run post-training evaluations on engagement, assessment performance, and program effectiveness.
  • Build courses: Design, build, and publish self-paced LMS courses covering technical, non-technical, trading industry, and product-specific needs, meeting quality standards and release timelines.
  • Collaborate: Work with teams across the business to identify learning needs, gather subject matter expertise, and facilitate structured learning initiatives.
  • Engage learners: Plan and run micro-learning campaigns through internal channels, from content development and audience targeting to scheduling and post-campaign reporting.
  • Measure outcomes: Develop and maintain assessments tied to learning programs, track completion and pass rates, and report outcomes to the L&D Manager.
  • Stay ahead: Review L&D trends and practices across industries and propose initiatives we can adapt and implement.

  • Hands-on experience in course design and production, LMS management, training delivery, and stakeholder or vendor coordination.

  • Project & task management: Manages concurrent workstreams with clear ownership and tracks progress using project management tools.
  • Communication: Writes clearly and professionally; communicates proactively on status, blockers, and decisions.

X-FACTOR

  • AI tool literacy: You actively use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or equivalents to accelerate research, content drafting, and course development.
  • You take initiative, keep several production tracks moving, and don't wait to be told what to do next.

YOUR JOURNEY

You will start by learning our products, the trading industry, and our existing learning programs, then take ownership of course production and training delivery. Over time, you will shape the L&D roadmap through the trends and initiatives you bring to the team, working closely with the L&D Manager and SMEs across departments.
