Customer Service Administrator

A leading company specialized in coffee manufacturing, located in Kafr El Zayat, Gharbia, is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join its team. The role is responsible for communicating with customers, confirming and following up on orders through the company’s system, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with an English-language company system. English language proficiency is not required; however, the ability to read and navigate the company’s system in English is required.

3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Sales.

Previous experience in order confirmation and order follow-up is preferred.

Age: 25–40 years old.
