Your tasks

You will play an important role in the development of future digital solutions for customers in various industries – from industry to the public sector. You will work with modern technologies and architectures in Java environments, often in complex system landscapes where your technical competence and problem-solving skills make a real difference.

Requirements

Who are you? At Nexer in Karlskrona, we continue to strengthen our team – now we are looking for experienced fullstack developers with a focus on Java.

We are looking for you who are passionate about development, enjoy tackling complex problems, and see programming as a craft. You have several years of experience in system development, including at least a couple of years with Java, and have good experience with SQL databases. You thrive in environments where you can combine technical expertise with collaboration and contribute to solutions that create value for both the customer and the user.

We would also like you to have experience in:

• Spring/Spring Boot
• API design and consumption (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Docker or Kubernetes (container management and microservices)
• Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Frontend (e.g., React or Angular)
• Agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• IoT, OPC UA, or MQTT

The role requires that you can communicate unhindered in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. This is an important prerequisite for succeeding in customer dialogues and in collaboration with the team.

What we offer
