PROJECT MANAGER FOR FRANCKS KYLINDUSTRI

Francks Kylindustri is growing, and we are recruiting an experienced project manager to Helsingborg who wants to be part of driving complex industrial projects within cooling and heating. YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will become a key person in our contracting team, responsible for driving technically advanced projects within industrial cooling and heat pump solutions – from handover from the sales organization to a commissioned and handed-over plant to the service organization.

The projects are often customized and complex, typically targeting process industry, food industry, as well as energy and district heating production. The role involves overall responsibility for the implementation of projects with a focus on quality, economy, schedule, risk management, and customer satisfaction. You will often drive several parallel projects simultaneously.

You will work closely with customers and collaborate tightly with colleagues in sales, design, assembly, purchasing, and control and instrumentation. The role offers great freedom under responsibility in a company with high technical competence, a strong team spirit, and a clear focus on innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainable solutions.

Examples of tasks:

• plan, start, and drive projects with responsibility for schedule, economy, quality, and risk management
• ensure an effective project start through close collaboration with the sales organization
• follow up on project budget, forecasts, and economic outcome, as well as manage deviations
• lead and coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and external partners
• be responsible for procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and contractors
• ensure requirements within quality, environment, work environment, and safety
• participate in construction, project, and customer meetings as well as work in Powerproject and SDF
• collaborate with design, assembly, purchasing, service, and control and instrumentation
• contribute with technical environmental scanning and development initiatives within cooling, heating, and energy

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who is a senior and confident project manager with experience in technically complex projects, preferably within process industry or energy technology. You are motivated by overall responsibility where technology, business, and people meet, and you have good technical understanding as well as experience working closely with customers and specialist functions.

We would prefer that you have:

• several years of experience in project management within contracting, industrial installations, or other technically advanced project environments
• experience of larger projects within, for example, process industry, energy technology, heat pump solutions, boiler plants, or industrial cooling
• good competence in project methodology as well as experience in being responsible for schedule, economy, quality, and risk management
• experience in budget work, forecasts, and economic follow-up
• good technical understanding within cooling, heating, or related industrial processes
• knowledge in, for example, pipe installations, control and instrumentation, automation, electricity, or thermodynamics
• a good understanding of customers' operations and technical challenges
• experience in coordinating internal resources and external suppliers
• good communication skills and an ease in creating trusting relationships
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is a permanent employment located in Helsingborg. The role primarily involves projects in southern Sweden, but our customer projects also occur in the rest of Sweden and in other Nordic countries.
