You ensure that cybersecurity meets the needs of the business and external requirements, including applicable legislation such as the cybersecurity law (NIS2). You work closely with internal functions, e.g., the information security coordinator, and support the information security work with us. The role combines a strategic and structured way of working with an operational and technical engagement, where you actively contribute to strengthening and developing the protection in our operations. In the role, you will, among other things: Follow up on security measures, KPIs, and results from internal/external controls as well as report on this internally

Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risks in IT and OT environments

Develop, prioritize, and implement new security measures

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal requirements as well as further develop and manage governance documents and processes

Act as a requirements setter and purchaser towards external suppliers as well as follow up on deliveries and effect

Initiate and drive improvements in daily security work, both technically and organizationally

Strengthen our cybersecurity awareness through training and internal communication

Contribute to the procurement of new digital solutions by ensuring that the right security requirements are set from the beginning

Follow developments within cybersecurity, threat landscapes, and legislation and translate environmental insights into concrete improvements

Collaborate broadly within the organization to ensure that the right level of protection is achieved

Here you will become part of the IT unit where we are a team that thrives well and has a good collaborative culture. You report to our IT Manager and get engaged colleagues with broad competence within infrastructure, support, system management, data and analysis support, project management, and business development. Important experiences We are looking for you who thrive in a broad role within cybersecurity and IT security. You likely have a technical background and a genuine interest in working within cybersecurity where you can both understand the whole picture and work practically with improvements. You have: Very good knowledge of cybersecurity and current threat landscapes

Experience of coordination within IT or cybersecurity

Good experience of security measures in modern IT environments, preferably also Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, on-prem and cloud-based

Experience of systematic cybersecurity work, e.g., according to CIS or NIST, risk work, and continuity planning

Good ability to translate requirements and needs into concrete actions

Good knowledge of Swedish and English

B driving license
