Warehouse Store Operations Coordinator

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all required documents are available according to Purchase Order requirements upon supplier delivery.
• Check incoming materials for damage and pest infestation.
• Ensure all raw materials, components, and products are properly labelled and stored in designated areas.
• Ensure the store facility is well-maintained to prevent product damage and unauthorized access.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized to prevent mix-ups, cross-contamination, and pest infestation.
• Ensure proper separation of receiving, quarantine, and finished goods areas.
• Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures when issuing raw materials, components, and products.
• Update all incoming and outgoing material records in the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Business Central, will be an added advantage.
