Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards by developing and implementing quality control measures and procedures.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and provide regular project status reports to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong industry knowledge and an established network in the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
