Production & Material Planner | Job ID: FS26004

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse customer demand and develop material purchasing and production loading plans using ERP, MRP, and MES data.
• Support material planning and purchasing activities to ensure sufficient material availability for production requirements.
• Manage changes and fluctuations in customer demand, adjusting material and production plans accordingly to support timely delivery.
• Monitor planning performance and identify opportunities to improve planning processes using ERP, MES, and Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse planning and operational data to identify demand trends, product patterns, and potential supply or production risks.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of material and production plans.
• Monitor material availability and production requirements, escalating potential issues and supporting timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate planning information and ensure relevant ERP/MES data is updated accordingly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, purchasing, or a related function is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and MRP processes.
• Experience with Business Central, MES, or Power BI will be an advantage.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
