Production Operative - Letchworth - £14 per hour

Production Operative Location: Letchworth Pay: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Job Type: Full-time We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Letchworth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential. The Role As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include: Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets Operating basic production equipment and machinery Assembling, preparing and checking products Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards Following health and safety procedures at all times Keeping your work area clean and organised Supporting other members of the production team when required

Requirements About You We are looking for someone who: Is reliable and punctual Has a good work ethic and a positive attitude Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Has good attention to detail Can work well independently and as part of a team Is willing to learn new skills and follow instructions Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience would be an advantage, but full training is available.
