Newrest - Pre-flight Controller (M/F)

In pursuit of our development, we are recruiting a FLIGHT CONTROL SUPERVISOR.

The Supervisor Controller's main mission is to guarantee the compliance of services delivered to our customers while respecting operational, safety, and security procedures. In parallel, they will be the Newrest France representative during their presence on the ramp, ensuring a good commercial relationship with members of our Client Airlines as well as with the stations.

OPERATIONS

• Control the compliance of services performed by respecting the armament plans and delivery notes.
• Check the figures in your possession with production and regulation before going to the ramp to ensure the latest updates.
• Check your vehicle and fill out the handover document, detect any anomalies, and ensure at the start of service that the vehicle is clean and return it in good condition.
• Inform management in case of any shortages noted during the compliance check onboard the aircraft.
• Control the good quality and good quantity of the service delivered during your presence on the flight in collaboration with a member of the Crew.
• Ensure onboard the securing of alcohol bar and duty free returns using seals/padlocks.
• Close the flight with the members of our Client's Crew and have the delivery note signed.
• Ensure the follow-up of additional orders as well as their routing.
• Assist drivers with aircraft loading if necessary and during machine crossings.

COMMUNICATION

• Participate in the occasional replacement of colleagues.
• Integrate new temporary and/or permanent employees.
• Inform your line manager of any anomalies encountered.

PROCEDURES

• Apply Newrest non-negotiables regarding hygiene, safety, and security.
• Verify the compliance of security documents before departure.
• Be exemplary and ensure the wearing of mandatory PPE according to the defined rules.
• Ensure the cleaning of your vehicle (driver cabin interior and van).

Experience & training:

• Experience in aviation logistics, dispatch, control, or operational coordination. Good knowledge of airline procedures and flight documentation.
• Mastery of HACCP and airport security rules (internal training).

Technical skills:

• Flight compliance verification: provisions, trolleys, seals, airline specifications. Reading and mastery of documents.
• Prioritization of flights according to schedules, delays, and modifications.
• Management of discrepancies: shortages, substitutions, operational anomalies.
• Coordination between production, assembly, logistics, and the ramp.
• Proficiency in operational English (reading airline sheets, basic communication).
