Project Manager Industrialization - international

Your main tasks are:

• Fully leading and managing complex technological innovation and automation projects from A to Z, with ultimate responsibility for the scope, planning, budget, and risk management.
• Directing and delivering industrial investment projects (CAPEX), including the installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new machines, installations, and processes at our locations.
• Coordinating international, cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT) and external suppliers to guarantee flawless project execution.
• Safeguarding global Industrial Technology standards and actively promoting the standardization and replication of innovative solutions across multiple sites.
• Acting as the central Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and the connecting factor between the local factory teams and the central Industrial Technology function (including clear reporting to management and the VP Industrial Technology).
• Monitoring strict compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (such as Lean, OEE increase, and cost efficiency).

What you bring:

• Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electromechanics, Industrial or Civil Engineer), Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent through experience.
• Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in project management within an industrial, innovative, or production environment, with demonstrable experience in managing multi-site or international projects.
• Deep technical affinity and knowledge of innovation, automation, and production technologies, combined with experience in supplier coordination and CAPEX projects.
• Familiarity with Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to maximize efficiency, OEE, and return on investment (ROI) on projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills combined with a mature, result-oriented, strategic, and hands-on attitude.
• A true networker with excellent communication and influencing skills within an international matrix organization and diverse cultures.
• Excellent command of English (both oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus.
