Maintenance Technician

• Independently performing planned maintenance and inspections on the machine park and production lines to prevent downtime due to quality and safety issues
• Quickly and effectively diagnosing complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions, as well as applying sustainable solutions.
• Providing first-line assistance for simple electrical or control technology problems.
• Actively thinking along and contributing to optimizing the reliability, safety, quality, and efficiency of the installations (according to the “continuous improvement” philosophy).
• Correctly registering and following up on maintenance activities, spare parts used, and malfunction analyses in the SAP system.
• Collaborating closely with operators, fellow technicians, and the Supervisor Maintenance TD Assenfabriek for optimal coordination of activities.

As technical talent, you combine a solid background in mechanical maintenance with a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You possess a Bachelor in Electromechanics, a relevant A2 education, or a (higher) technical field of study
• Analyzing and correctly diagnosing malfunctions is something you excel at
• You possess broad and thorough knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience with or basic insight into electrical and control systems is considered an asset
• You combine an independent, secure, and customer-oriented way of working with a true team spirit
• Communicating fluently and clearly comes effortlessly to you, both spoken and in writing
• You can work fluently with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a bonus
• You have a good practical command of English. Knowledge of German is a plus
