BIM Coordinator

Assist Technical Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project

Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters

Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution

3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) software such as AutoDesk Revit MEP to modeling the M&E services and Revit Architect to do an Interior Design.

Able to understand C&S drawings, M&E drawing, Architectural

Coordination with Sub-Contractors due to design change, casting plan, ordering material and so on.

Familiar with rebar design, change of lifting beam bolting, diversion of drainage system, etc. Communicate with Consultant.

Provide Site Surveying Drawing by make use site coordinates.
