IT Support Technician M/F - NEWCLIP TECHNICS
Reporting to Guillaume, IT Operations Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running and evolution of the company's information system. As a key local point of contact, you will provide user support, participate in systems administration, and guarantee the availability and security of IT tools.
On a daily basis, you will have several missions:
Support users and resolve incidents:
- Provide local, remote, or ticketing tool-based technical support;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security incidents;
- Track, document, and process requests in our tool while enriching the knowledge base;
- Assist users in their daily use of digital tools.
Administer accounts and access:
- Administer the creation and management of accounts, groups, and GPOs;
- Manage the Microsoft 365 environment: Exchange Online, licenses, groups, and Azure AD;
- Ensure the application of security best practices: MFA, permission management, and access control.
Manage the IT fleet and infrastructure:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of the IT fleet and track hardware movements;
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and associated equipment (printers, VoIP telephony, network equipment, etc.);
- Participate in infrastructure supervision via monitoring tools (PRTG) and alert in case of anomalies;
- Contribute to the smooth running of virtualized environments, backups (VEEAM), and supervision tools.
Document activities and contribute to continuous improvement:
- Document interventions, procedures, and operating methods;
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of the information system;
- Write and update user guides and technical procedures;
- Identify and propose areas for improvement based on feedback;
- Participate in information system evolution projects according to defined priorities.
With a background in IT, you have a successful first experience in a similar position or in an IT support environment.
Ideally, you possess technical skills in workstation administration, as well as hardware, software, and network incident diagnosis and resolution. You are familiar with using an ITSM tool and are comfortable with English, both written and spoken.
You master Windows Server and Windows Client environments, as well as Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration. You also have knowledge of virtualization and some notions of PowerShell to automate certain common administration tasks.

Your analytical ability, method, and pedagogical skills allow you to effectively handle the problems encountered. Curious, you ensure regular monitoring of technological evolutions.
