Logistics Manager/Order Picker M/F - NEWCLIP TECHNICS
Under the responsibility of our Event Manager, you will play an essential role in the success of our commercial, event, and Medical Education activities. You will guarantee the availability of our demonstration products to our teams and our customers, while respecting deadlines and quality requirements.
1- Order Preparation and Shipping
- Prepare orders according to requests transmitted by the Sales Administration;
- Control the compliance, completeness, and proper functioning of the equipment before shipping;
- Perform preparation and shipping operations in the ERP;
- Guarantee suitable packaging to ensure the protection of the equipment;
- Organize shipments with carriers (issuing slips, tracking shipments, communicating tracking numbers);
- Participate in the logistical preparation of congresses and propose alternative solutions in case of unforeseen events.
2- Returns Management
- Receive and control returns;
- Verify the visual and functional state of the equipment;
- Identify any missing items or damaged equipment;
- Record returns in the ERP;
- Reintegrate compliant equipment into stock;
- Trigger cleaning, repair, replacement, or replenishment operations if necessary;
- Reconstitute incomplete kits;
- Ensure organization and follow-up of anomalies.
3- Stock Management
- Perform stock movements in the ERP;
- Ensure consistency between physical and digital stocks;
- Optimize the organization of storage spaces;
- Perform cycle counts and annual inventories;
- Analyze discrepancies and participate in their resolution;
- Ensure the permanent availability of marketing kits;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistical processes in collaboration with the Supply Chain Project Manager.
4- Logistical Support for Practical Courses
You play an essential role in preparing workstations intended for international surgeons coming to train in the use of our medical devices.
Thanks to the quality of your preparation and your organization, you guarantee optimal training conditions and participate directly in the success of our courses.
- Prepare kits and educational material;
- Set up workstations before sessions;
- Ensure the transport, storage, and retrieval of equipment;
- Control the state of the equipment after each training session;
- Reconstitute kits for subsequent sessions.
About thirty training sessions are organized each year. Occasional availability outside of regular hours will be required (early morning 08:30 or end of day 18:30). You have a successful first experience in stock management or in a similar position.
You are autonomous, organized, and rigorous. You like to work methodically and know how to manage multiple priorities while respecting deadlines. Recognized for your pragmatism, you find efficient solutions when faced with unforeseen events and demonstrate reactivity when the situation requires it.
Your sense of service and team spirit allow you to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and contribute to the success of the events organized by the company.
Curious and comfortable with IT tools, you will use an ERP, for which you will be accompanied and trained. A professional level of English is also expected to operate in our international environment.
