Medical Education Product Manager M/F - NEWCLIP TECHNICS

Reporting to the Scientific Direction, the Medical Education Product Manager leads the strategy and deployment of the Group's Medical Education program, in close collaboration with the Scientific Manager, the Scientific Director, and the Division Directors. As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the consistency, quality, and visibility of the Medical Education offering, while ensuring the scientific relevance and impact of the messages disseminated during events. Concretely, your missions will be as follows:

• Lead the design and deployment of the Group's Medical Education (Med Ed) program, in coordination with all internal stakeholders;
• Define and implement actions to ensure the reach and consistency of the Medical Education offering across all markets;
• In collaboration with the Scientific Manager, structure and manage communication with KOLs regarding ongoing studies and upcoming projects;
• Manage and support the Medical Education Assistant in the organization and operational monitoring of activities.

With a scientific background, supplemented by Medical / Marketing experience, you have initial experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the surgical field, with ideally a first experience in Medical Education. You have excellent interpersonal skills; you know how to build and maintain a relationship of trust with surgeons. You enjoy working in a team, you are organized and rigorous, and you know how to mobilize cross-functional teams around a common project. You speak English fluently. Mastery of another language would be a plus. You will be required to travel to national and international congresses as well as to Medical Education events organized outside our premises.
