Your tasks
- Planning of orders and forecasts in the ERP system (INFOR) based on the overall planning
- Collaboration in the customer focus team
- Confirmation of orders and forecasts to end customers as well as internal customers
- Functioning as a central interface between the Neunkirchen location (Operation Company – OC) and internal service providers (Production Company – PC)
- Checking and evaluating changes to delivery call-offs
- Initiation and control of feasibility studies in the event of call-off changes
- Initiation of suitable measures to mitigate risks in the event of material and capacity bottlenecks
- Maintenance and administration of master data in the ERP system (Infor), e.g., lead times and minimum order quantities
- Coordination of schedules for technical changes as well as phase-out planning (EOL process)
- Handover of forecasts to production planning, taking material and capacity availability into account
- Release of customer orders for shipping
- Close coordination between customers and internal production
- Coordination and alignment of delivery dates with customers
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain / Logistics
- Experience in production planning or Supply Chain Management is an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP/inventory management systems, ideally INFOR
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Confident, friendly appearance, as well as strong teamwork skills
