THIS IS YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Group Legal Department advises the management and specialist departments of NEW YORKER on diverse and demanding legal issues in a national and international context. Be part of it and, with your know-how, become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world:
- You support the lawyers of the Group Legal Department in day-to-day business
- Coordination of activities between internal departments and external consultants is also part of your tasks
- You create legal documents and presentations with precision
- The organizational management of contracts and documents falls within your area of responsibility
- You keep an eye on deadlines and follow-ups and ensure their compliance
- In addition, you undertake general secretarial and administrative activities
- You can also demonstrate your skills in project-related special tasks
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Completed training as a Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellter or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar environment
- Very good MS Office skills as well as sound experience in handling specialist software
- Goal-oriented, committed way of working and a high degree of initiative
- Precise, independent way of working and strong discretion
- Friendly and confident appearance in telephone and personal contact
- Strong teamwork skills, communication strength, and assertiveness
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
