Security Education Teacher

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver Security Education lessons in line with the school curriculum. Teach students about personal safety, security awareness, emergency response, and responsible citizenship. Educate students on how to identify and respond appropriately to potential risks. Promote awareness of safety procedures within and outside the school environment. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and examination materials. Assess students’ understanding and academic progress. Maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment. Participate in school safety programmes and activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/HND in Education, Security Studies, Criminology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Knowledge of security and safety principles. Previous teaching experience is an advantage. Strong communication and classroom-management skills. Responsible and professional approach to working with students. Ability to explain safety and security concepts in an age-appropriate manner. TRCN certification is an advantage.
