Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong commercial and strategic focus to join our team, who will take responsibility for the development of commercial activities and distribution in the South East Europe region, focusing primarily on the Czech and Slovak markets.

What awaits you:

• creation of strategy and implementation of distribution and selective distribution in the South East Europe region (14 countries) with a focus on CZ/SK
• comprehensive responsibility for fulfilling the commercial budget, including P&L and brand strategy
• strategic planning and subsequent execution of commercial activities in the region
• leading, developing, and motivating medium and large teams
• consolidation and supervision of commercial activities, including setting and negotiating commercial terms
• responsibility for the development of individual commercial channels – e-commerce, retail, B2B, and key accounts
• development of omnichannel strategy and its implementation
• increasing brand awareness and market share through PR and offline and online activities
• coordination of cross-functional projects
• collaboration on the development of brands in the luxury goods and premium spirits segment

What we expect:

• demonstrable experience in a senior commercial or managerial position
• experience in managing commercial strategy, distribution, and the development of commercial channels
• experience in leading and developing teams
• experience with responsibility for budget and P&L
• very good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into concrete execution
• experience in an international environment and managing activities across multiple markets
• experience in the luxury goods, premium brands, or spirits segment is an advantage
• active knowledge of the English language
• independence, result orientation, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
