Role: Maintain all cell processes within a high standard of excellence, ensuring the Vegas culture and delivering value to the client. 

Ensure the integration of all ends for the best progress of all cell work; 

Be the reference person in problem-solving, decision-making, and people leadership for project execution, ensuring quality and compliance with agreements; 

Build bridges with other agency areas, integrating all interfaces for the best possible execution; 

Act as a political figure within the client, creating and developing good relationships and ensuring good negotiations for both sides; 

Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance and recommend changes in planning or resource adjustments (financial, human, operational, etc.).

Expected Skills:

Advanced English; 

Knowledge of marketing and advertising vocabulary, especially digital; Understanding of the technical qualities involved in project management; 

Basic financial mathematics; 

Advanced Excel; 

Minimum of 6 years of experience in communication project management, with at least 1 year in Agile project management;

Ease of teamwork, with a willingness to learn, patience, and didactic skills to teach; 

Business and intrapreneurial vision, to think of new solutions, making the project and company objectives their own, using their skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the team; 

Skill in leadership and people management, with a desire to build a plural, diverse, welcoming, and efficient work environment;  

Ability to adapt to different functions/accounts/tasks and to a dynamic daily routine, with constant changes and high complexity, working well under pressure (with much respect and partnership); 

Ease of movement between all areas of the organization, with the ability to collaborate in a horizontal, fast, and expanding work environment; 

Conflict mediation and flexibility skills, with resilience to move forward despite challenges; 

Persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making skills in order to engage the team and solve challenges; 

Ability to work with simultaneous projects and enjoy the “adrenaline” of a dynamic company full of challenges;  

Organization and attention to detail, to handle financial data and contribute to the business direction toward the expected results.
