Student Internship Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Student Internship Placement Coordinator to support our students in securing suitable internship opportunities. Key Responsibilities Advise students on internship opportunities and application preparation. Identify and liaise with hotels and other industry partners (including education providers, construction etc) to develop internship placements. Coordinate interviews, placements and internship documentation. Monitor students’ progress during their internships and provide support when needed. Maintain accurate placement records and prepare related reports. Work closely with academic teams and employers to ensure placements meet course requirements. Requirements Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, Business or a related field. Experience in recruitment, career services, student placement or the hospitality industry is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination and relationship-building skills. Organised, responsible and comfortable working with students and employers. Good command of English; Additional languages are an advantage.
