SENIOR STAGE MANAGER

Oversee and manage the Stage Manager and stage crew. Ensure all stage productions consistently maintain a high standard of quality and performance. Conduct weekly meetings with the stage crew, production team, and managers to troubleshoot issues, motivate the team, and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on the latest performances, music, and entertainment trends. Keep up to date with the latest lighting and sound equipment, stage props, and production technology. Monitor and manage expenses for performances and stage personnel to ensure they remain within budget. Understand and stay updated on audience needs, preferences, and expectations. Attend monthly management meetings with shareholders and provide updates on stage and production matters. Requirements Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stage production or stage management. Able to work effectively under pressure and communicate confidently with people at all levels. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Willing to work additional hours when required.
