Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist -El khalil Construction

Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, CBI interviewing, and offer negotiations for blue and white collars with a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and Managers)

Efficiently manage the recruitment process for a large number of positions simultaneously.

Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels and suggest various recruitment channels to find suitable candidates.

Ensure Time to Hire metrics for employees to meet project deadlines and business goals.

Represent the company internally and externally and build a professional network of a long-term relationship with past and potential candidates.

Create a potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

Updating the manpower plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channels whether internally or externally.

Coordinate with department’s heads and provide the needed support and technical assistance in all organization development practices and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with OD and talent acquisition policies.

Assist in applying KPIs and Appraisal systems based on Performance management policy

updating HR policies and org chart.

Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department.

Any relevant bachelor degree.

From 5 to 7 years experience as a Talent Acquisition role.

Experience in mass hiring environments.

Experience with Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) is a MUST.

Very good in MS Office.

Excellent command of English.

Strong communication and people skills.

Good organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
