Safety Officer

Enforce safety standards in accordance with the company policies and government regulation

Provide adequate safety training to new hires, and conduct regular safety meeting to all employees and subcontractors to improve their safety behaviours.

Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and check that equipment’s are in proper working order.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare all necessary safety documents and reports according to company and government requirements including conducting incident investigations

Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols on site and awareness of common hazards.

Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Have a proven experience atleast 3 years in construction Industry
