Job Description
Within the Toulouse Business agency, you will join the BOS (Business Operational Support) Design team.
This team is composed of people with multiple knowledge areas in aeronautical engineering, design software, design management tools, and electrical configuration and property software.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting designers, informing them of new improvements or features by creating or updating documents used as support for design teams. As well as testing these new features before deployment on production software.
Expertise & Support (Run Mode) Manage the criticality of blockages, Incidents, and their relevance.Unblock designers as well as Design production.Contact users directly.Ensure compliance with methods and processes to guarantee data integrity in the tools.
Continuous Improvement and team skill development / Elec Business Inform about new improvements or features regarding the process, tools, and softwareWriting of Knowledge Articles (KB), One Pagers, Methods, User Guides, Newsletters.Meetings with Elec teamsOrganization and presentation of Awareness sessions and support documents for users.Administer "Live Demos" on Elec tools.Escalate user needs to the Elec software development teams.
Test & Quality Participate in Test campaigns.Bug detection, evaluation of the criticality of identified bugs, and prioritization of fixes.Retest and validate fixes or improvements applied to eliminate bugs.Assistance and support for deployment in Prod environments.
Qualifications
University degree Bac +5 (Engineer, Master's in computer science, information systems, project management, etc.) Mandatory: Mastery of the Aeronautics environment and fluent English.
Hard skills
Knowledge of design tools (Catia V5, VPM, PASS, Soligns, Gilda)
Knowledge of Elec tools (Catia EHI, Prop-Tool, Capital, CorElec, ESCDC, SEE XP).
Understanding of electrical schematics (wiring diagram, Elec 2D Drawing), Harness routing (Install Elec).
