YOUR MISSIONS
You will report to the Chief Electrical Architect, and you will be in charge of the electrical installation and physical integration of the unit.
Your responsibility will be to ensure that the electrical architecture is physically feasible, safe, maintainable, and constructible, in compliance with separation rules, internal aggressions, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and layout constraints. You will then be required to: Define and challenge the rules for routing, cable trays, separation, crossings, penetrations, and EMC installation; Carry the rules for electrical installation, physical separation, and routing subject to approval by the unit architect or the technical director; Ensure the physical integration of electrical equipment, cable trays, and penetrations into the unit layout; Review 3D models and routings from partner engineering from the perspective of safety, maintenance, and constructibility; Participate in layout, fire, flood, and internal aggression reviews; Verify the segregation of divisions and the interfaces for fire, internal aggressions, and EMC; Monitor the consumption of corridors and reservations and anticipate saturation; Resolve electrical physical conflicts with other disciplines and escalate those requiring an architecture modification; Contribute to installation and separation methods, with the Chief Electrical Architect remaining the approver on behalf of the Technical Direction.
Job location in Lyon with occasional travel to be expected to various NUWARD sites (Paris, Tours) and partner engineering firms.
YOUR PROFILE
An engineer graduated in electrical engineering or installation, or equivalent experience, you have more than 7 years of experience in large industrial or nuclear installations.
You have solid experience in: Cable routing, cable trays, penetrations, 3D layout, and electrical installation; Principles of separation, fire protection, EMC, and internal aggressions; Reading 3D models, layout plans, and electrical diagrams; Construction, maintenance, accessibility, and replacement constraints; Nuclear culture desired for separation and qualification requirements.
English reading, writing, and speaking required. Minimum B2 level expected, C1 appreciated.
Remuneration: between €46,000 and €68,000 gross per year, depending on profile and experience.
