Dassault Systèmes is looking for its future IT Budget Management Officer. The mission of the IT department is to create the virtual twin of Dassault Systèmes' operations and to manage the technologies that best meet Dassault Systèmes' needs in terms of productivity, efficiency, and accessibility. Within the IT department, you will join the team in charge of budget and procurement operations, responsible for managing the organization's budget, costs, and purchases.

Your missions:

• Develop the IT budget and monitor its consumption (OPEX and CAPEX) in collaboration with the IT department, R&D, and Controlling.
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, with a focus on development costs (internal teams, subcontracting, offshore/nearshore) and infrastructure expenses (cloud, data centers, third-party licenses). Propose corrective action plans in case of overruns (e.g., contract renegotiation, project arbitration) and perform 5-year IT expenditure projections.
• Identify cost-saving levers in collaboration with IT teams and ensure compliance with budgetary processes (e.g., expense validation, expense report rules, hierarchical approvals). Lead operational meetings for Budget development and monitoring, as well as Cost Optimization.
• Compare the group's IT costs with those of competitors or the market (e.g., cost per user, development cost per feature). Manage the purchase of small IT hardware directly with suppliers (Europe), bank reconciliation, monitoring and validation of all IT-related purchases for EMEA.

Your qualifications: You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• You have solid knowledge of cost accounting, depreciation, and the treatment of intangible assets.
• You have already worked with an ERP (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools.
• You know how to work with complex financial data.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
