Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Space Business Unit within our Space Consultancy & Engineering Agency, specialized in support and services to the main space players in Europe. As part of the implementation and monitoring of their major programs, we intervene in all professions of the space sector: ground control segment, space mechanics, cybersecurity, communications, image processing. We support our clients through all stages of projects: development, integration, qualification, and operations through expertise, architecture, and technical support services covering a wide spectrum of skills.

Your Missions

As part of our client's activities in the space sector, you will join the teams in charge of European satellite navigation programs (Galileo and EGNOS).

You will contribute to Product Assurance and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) activities to ensure the control of quality, operational safety, and anomaly processing on critical systems operated at a European scale.

The mission takes place in a demanding international environment involving EUSPA, service operators, major industrial players in the space sector, and European institutional partners.

In this context, you are integrated into the team and your missions are to Ensure the monitoring of anomalies and non-conformities by participating in Anomaly Review Boards (ARB) and Observation Review Boards (ORB)

  • Verify the correct application of anomaly resolution processes and analyze associated trends
  • Produce performance indicators (KPI) related to anomaly management activities
  • Lead or facilitate RAMS working groups
  • Perform RAMS documentation reviews during project milestones
  • Maintain and control the RAMS baseline in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Assurance and operational safety activities
